1. Soy Products- Soy is a plant that contains phytoestrogens. They mimic the same female hormone produced by women to cause the development of secondary sex characteristics. Eating too many of these phytoestrogens could disrupt hormone balance in both men and women, depressing libido across the board. Thatswhy we avoid these food products because they will will never increase your Sex power.

2. Diary Products- The consumption of dairy could be one factor contributing to a decrease in sexual desire. Some studies show the consumption of milk, cheese, and other dairy products can throw off hormone levels. These include the two main sex hormones, estrogen and testosterone. Thats why we avoid these food products because they will will never increase your Sex power.

3. Alcohol- Excessive use of Testosterone lower down your testosterone level. Excessive alcohol decrease your sexual performance. Drinking large amounts of alcohol can make it hard to get or keep an erection. This is called erectile dysfunction (ED). Alcohol interferes with the messengers in the brain that tell the penis to fill with blood. It can also happen because alcohol can reduce the production of testosterone. They will will never increase your Sex power.

4. Peppermint or Spearmint- Mint While making sure your breath is nothing less than minty fresh will certainly help get you to first base, mint isn’t good for your libido. It’s thought the menthol in mint lowers testosterone, which in turn depletes your sex drive. Thatswhy we avoid these product for grow our power.

5. Avoid Sugary Product- Sugar creates leptin resistance in the body; which in turn leads to a decrease in sex drive. “High amounts of sugar will create a spike and then result in feeling tired, Your sex drive is negatively impacted if you are feeling tired and fatigued. 6. Avoid Licorice Root- Consuming large amounts of licorice can lower interest in sex. It can also worsen erectile dysfunction ED by lowering levels of testosterone. Surgery Licorice might interfere with blood pressure control during and after surgery. Stop taking licorice at least 2 weeks before a scheduled surgery. Thatswhy we avoid these food products because they will will never increase your Sex power.

7. Avoid transfats(omega-6) – Their research indicated that eating trans fats may lower testosterone levels in the body. They also found that too many omega-6 fatty acids appear to reduce testicular size and function. Thatswhy we avoid these food products because they will will never increase your Sex power. If we eating plenty of polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids may increase testicle size and improve function.
